Academic Development Unit (ADU)

  • To collaborate with Academic Colleagues on Curriculum Development
  • Ensuring the timely development and delivery of the Scheme of Studies, Lesson plans, and Support Materials.
  • Coordinate with the Media Department for the development of computer programs and animations for a better understanding of concepts.
  • Coordinate with the Publications Department for the timely development of Workbooks and Activity Books.
  • Ensure the timely preparation and delivery of Summer Pack and Winter Pack.
  • To ensure the Standardized Preparation of Exams, Assessments, Admission Tests, and Online Tests (Question Bank).
  • Formulate the Academic and Activity Calendar.
  • Organize co-curricular activities according to the activity calendar.

Quality Assurance

  • Involvement at the MOU/Agreement Stage by way of specified checks.
  • Co-ordination in respect of preparation/revision of Campus Operation Manuals (Academics, School Administration, Finance & Accounting) Assembly. HR.
  • Inspection of Sites/Buildings for schools in accordance with MOU/Agreement.
  • Coordination with respect to up gradation Process.
  • Communication with Campuses on Policy or related matters as per directions of Management.
  • Participation in the Resolution of Parents’ Complaints.
  • Participation in School Evaluation Team.
  • Annual Quality and Other Analysis Report.

Training Department

Al-Asr School System provides both content-based and pedagogical training facilities to its faculty and staff members. Through these training workshops, we try not only to train our teachers in modern teaching techniques and methods, but also equip them with ways of building students’ characters based on Islamic norms and ethics.

The training will cover:

  • Training of school management
  • Training of teaching staff
  • Training of trainers
  • Training of administrative staff

The Training Department works throughout the year and conducts the training on (TNA) Training Need Analyses Bases.

HR and Administration

We have a dedicated HR department for hiring of experienced and educated employees for the success of Al-Asr School System. Our hiring process is comprehensive and based on quality and merit.

We hire people for the development of both the Al-Asr School System as well as the students so that we can become a success story if we work together. As important as the HR Department is the Administrative Department which runs the smooth functioning of an organization. Our staff is dedicated and has a philosophy to facilitate the students and parents at their best.

Marketing Department

  • Coordinate with Academics manager, designers, and developers in order to meet the organizational needs and the company’s policies.
  • Managing the Al-Asr Schools Promotions including Educational Television Commercials, Prospectus Admissions Videos, Newspaper advertisements, Skins, Flexes, Allied School Website, and Campus Website.
  • Coordinating with Media for the coverage of events across the network. Social Media Management including Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr
